MUMBAI, India (AP) _ Tata Motors Ltd. (TTM) on Tuesday reported a loss of $1.04 billion in its fiscal fourth quarter.
The Mumbai, India-based company said it had a loss of $1.39 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.04 per share.
The automaker posted revenue of $12.15 billion in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $1.81 billion, or $2.49 per share. Revenue was reported as $33.65 billion.
Tata Motors shares have increased 74% since the beginning of the year. The stock has nearly quadrupled in the last 12 months.
